Progress isn’t always measured by how much we finish

It’s 1:00 AM as we’re writing this, looking back on a long and meaningful day at Wetskills Tunisia 2025. The morning began with breakfast at the hotel and a few laughs with the other participants. Not long after, we headed to INSAT, where the real work started. We had to work more on our case, more specifically its strategy.

We had a training session about Business Model Canvas (BMC) where we had the opportunity to discuss more about the two different templates that align with the project’s objective. We kept looping back into discussions, challenging ideas, and rethinking our approach. It was frustrating at times, but we’ve also learned that sometimes stepping away is just as important as pushing forward. So we took a break. A small escape to Sidi Bou Said, where we had an amazing view of the Mediterranean and got a bunch of souvenirs. We really loved the camel plushies with the tiny Chechia, they were the cutest.

After a nice walk, we took a taxi to La Marsa, where we had an amazing dinner and even better conversations. We went back to the hotel pretty late. Writing this now, long past midnight, we realize that today was more than just another day of work. It was a reminder that progress isn’t always measured by how much we finish, but by what we learn and who we share it with.

Tomorrow, we’ll carry that good energy forward!
