Today wasn’t just about understanding the problem further, but it also about working out the kinks, as well in terms of culture shock, character and personalities, to bring out a well oiled machine that works well. Having spent a few days together, each group now is working on a level that makes it hard to identify any differences, delegation of work according to the roles that each person holds, as per the Belbins team roles results of each person has helped in creating teams that are bonded in unexplainable ways.

Peter made our cases more manageable with a business canvas model. It actually brings everything together onto one page and makes it more accessible to us so that we better understand where we are with our cases. It basically showed us how to tackle the problems and pinpointed where we still lack (areas or subtopics we hadn’t look on) and what to improve on, teaching us to basically summarise our whole case studies.

Overall its been the think tank moment where everyone is closed in and no one comes out until a solution is found.
