Wetskills-South Korea 2024 – Blog 2 –
Annyeonghaseyo! The groups got off to a flying start. Tuesday night after the second first supper, the first group had a meeting with their case owner. Today, Group 3 received a physical visit from their client, the International Centre for Water Security and Sustainable Management (i-WSSM). Team 2 spoke with their case owner in the Netherlands.
In the afternoon, we had a visit from experts: Prof. Junsung Noh (Department of Environment and Energy, Sejong University), expert in Marine Ecology; Seulki Jeong (Professor, Department of Environment and Energy, Sejong University), expert in Soil and Water Management; and Prof. Jinwoo Cho (Department of Environment and Energy, Sejong University), expert in Wastewater Treatment.
They shed their light on the different approaches to the cases. It was very fruitful and the groups much appreciated their input. In the evening, the different groups traveled to the modern Samseong Mall. Tomorrow morning we will start the day with a poster training.
