Cape Town, June 2018 – Minister of Water and Sanitation of South Africa, Mr. Gugile Nkwinti and Mr. Henk Ovink, Special Water Envoy for the kingdom of The Netherlands, awarded the winning team ‘Water Sleuths’ with their concept ‘Bye Day Zero‘ at a special ceremony at the WISA Conference in Cape Town.
