From a successful 2025 and to an inspiring water year ahead
As the Christmas period brings a moment to pause and reflect, we look back with great pride on an truly great Wetskills year. 2025 was filled with energy and impact: inspiring events across different regions, new participants joining the Wetskills community, fresh partnerships, and creative solutions developed by young talents tackling real-world water challenges. Together, we proved once again how powerful youth-driven collaboration can be in shaping a more water-resilient future.
At the same time, there is little time to stand still. Behind the scenes, preparations for 2026 are already in full swing. A strong and diverse calendar of new Wetskills events is taking shape, opening doors for even more young talents, case owners and partners to connect, learn and co-create — including the exciting opportunity to join the first Wetskills in eSwatini (deadline first half of January!).
Wetskills closes this year with gratitude and optimism, and steps into 2026 with confidence: inspired by what we achieved together, and motivated to keep empowering young minds to shape the future of water.
