Rand Water and Wetskills Foundation already work together for 8-9 years. After an incoming mission of Young Professionals from Rand Water to The Netherlands, Rand Water Academy and Wetskills joined forces to initiate and organise the second Wetskills event in South Africa. In May 2014, this Wetskills event happened with participants from Rand Water Academy and a case from Rand Water. The finals of that Wetskills event was during a dedicated workshop at the WISA Conference 2014 in Nelspruit. The Awarding Ceremony took place during the Gala dinner, where approx. 2500 watched the compilation movie (see link) and witnessed the announcement of the winning team.
