A Day of Calm, Connection and Creativity

Today felt different softer, lighter, and somehow more human. For once, we were allowed to work from wherever we wanted. No rush, no fixed schedule, just trust and freedom. I decided to join my teammates at their hotel, and the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, easy energy in the room.

We spread our notes, opened our laptops, and started shaping our poster. There was laughter, quiet concentration, and that beautiful rhythm that only happens when everyone is in synchronisation. I could feel how much we’ve grown as a team, more comfortable with each other, more confident in our ideas, and more proud of what we’re creating together.

We also worked on developing creative ideas for the logo and poster. Sketching different concepts on paper. It was a productive session where we refined the design and agreed on a clear visual direction.

It wasn’t just about work today. It was about connection. About finding joy in small things, a shared coffee, a song in the background, a random joke that breaks the silence. The pressure of the project faded for a moment, replaced by calm focus and a sense of belonging.

When we wrapped up, the others decided to go explore the medina, to wander through its colorful streets and soak in the evening buzz. I chose to head home instead tired, but with a quiet smile. There was something peaceful about ending the day on my own, reflecting on how far we’ve come and how much we’ve learned not only about water challenges, but about teamwork, patience and trust.

Today wasn’t about big achievements. It was about feeling connected to the project, to my team mates , and to myself.
