Wetskills-Spain 2026 – Blog 7 –
Another day of Teamwork at Wetskills – The day began with a structured exercise designed to help each team clearly summarize our water-related problem and proposed solution. We presented our project to the wider group of participants, explaining the core challenge we’re tackling and the approach we’re developing to address it.
After each presentation, the audience provided feedback in the form of TOPs and TIPs:
- TOPs: What’s already working well in our project—our strong points, clear logic, and innovative aspects.
- TIPs: Constructive suggestions for improvement, from refining our problem statement to enhancing the feasibility of our solution.
This peer-review format was incredibly useful. It helped us identify blind spots and gave us fresh perspectives on how to communicate our work more effectively.
Following the morning session, we shifted into focused teamwork. The afternoon was dedicated to integrating the feedback we received and advancing our project. Together, we:
- Refined our problem statement based on the clarity and relevance feedback.
- Adjusted our proposed solution to incorporate practical suggestions.
- Divided tasks among team members to prepare for the next stages of development.
Working closely with our teammates allowed us to build on each other’s strengths and keep momentum going. It was a productive blend of strategic thinking and hands-on planning.
