Wetskills-SA (Gauteng) 2025 – Blog 5 –
Today we finally got to see what our fellow participants have been up to over the past couple of days.
Groups were allowed to present their Posters to fellow participants and our supervisors. The late nights definitely paid off. The posters were quite informative and outlined the different cases well. The constructive criticism from the floor may have stung at the moment but you know what they say, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”. The groups are already hard at work to refine and perfect their work in preparation for AWSISA.
After a delicious lunch and refreshing break, we had our first Pitch Practise session which showed that the Pitch training facilitated by our supervisors paid off. The pitchers delivered comprehensive and compelling pitches that left the onlookers dazzled and ready to invest in the projects being presented.
It’s safe to say that the judges will have a tough job deciding on a winner for the competition!
