Today started off perfect: Breakfast with an amazing group. The atmosphere was full with energy, thanks to a great mix of South African students, young professionals from the water sector, and Dutch participants. Everyone was excited, and the vibe was fantastic.Our first stop was the University of Cape Town (UCT), where we had an inspiring Belbin training session. Teamwork is key, and this session helped us understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Next, we dived into the ‘Plan of Action’ training, sharpening our approach for the days ahead. There was plenty of brainstorming, laughter, and discussions – the perfect mix of serious and fun.
To top it all off, we ended the day at Camps Bay Beach. With a picnic on the sand and a breathtaking sunset in the background, we had the chance to unwind and take it all in. Cape Town is absolutely stunning, and we feel privileged to be here. What a fantastic start to Wetskills!
