Wetskills-Mozambique – Blog day 9 –
Update session with the trainers at the hostel (Residencial Aulios)
The day started well for participants with breakfast served at hostel from 6h30am throughout to 9h30am. After having the breakfast, the trainers communicated the order in which the teams need to avail themselves for update sessions, starting with team working on case 3 at 10h00am.
The sessions where very helpful in assisting the teams to keep focus on the innovative solution and making it interesting to target audience. Both teams could confirm that they had directive feedback from the trainers/supervisors.
Of course, its day 9 together, hence most participants waited for each other before they could go to have lunch at different restaurants together. Not only that hey, but most participants I also actually needed Portuguese fluent speaking to translate the menus at the restaurant.
Soon after lunch the teams gathered again at different spots within the hostel to work on their cases, based on feedback from trainers and consultations with coach sessions, Experts, etc. Deliverables for the day was a Draft Poster at 5h00pm and prepare for Pitch Practice scheduled for the next day. Most teams worked beyond 8h00pm.
