Wetskills-Mozambique – Blog day 5 –
Today, an Action Plan Discussion and Training Belbin Team Roles was scheduled. At 8:45, the group from Wetskills Mozambique left the Aulios Residence, where they were staying, heading to the University of Zambeze, where the activities would take place.
The activities started promptly at 9:00 am. Our facilitators, Craig and Mthokozisi, gave an excellent class on the Action Plan and there was good interaction between the participants and the facilitators “Craig and Mthokozisi”. The teams used a tool to find out what type of character they are, which was very useful so that we allocate roles. The class ended at 12:00 pm, followed by a lunch break.
At 1:00 pm, we returned to the room and we sat in our team groups. The groups that had formed in the early days of the event, by the way, were given an activity. This activity was aimed at doing a Training Belbin Team Roles to consolidate what we had just studied. The day ended at 4:00 pm and the Wetskills Mozambique group got into the car and returned to Aulios Residence to rest and recover energy for the next day.
