Dedication and collaborative atmosphere

Wetskills-Mozambique – Blog day 10 –

Day 10 of the Wetskills Water Challenge in Beira City, Mozambique, was a testament to the participants deep connections and their unwavering commitment to their projects. The day began at 8 o’clock, with individuals and groups already deeply engrossed in their work, showcasing their dedication that was truly inspiring.

The morning session was dedicated to pre-presentation practice. Each group presented their draft posters and pitches, followed by constructive feedback sessions from peers and supervisors, which were instrumental in refining their presentations and pitches.

During lunch, participants had the honour of visiting the Secretary of State for Sofala Province and Wetskills ambassador  Ms Cecília Chamutota. This visit provided an inspiring break and emphasised the importance of our work in the region.

The afternoon and evening were a testament to the teams; intense focus and hard work as they pushed towards the deadlines for their deliverables. The collaborative atmosphere and shared passion for water challenges were evident as participants worked tirelessly into the night, showcasing their determination and passion.
