The day of working is starting now! We started the day by reading the detailed information of the case and sharing our perspective of it based on our education and job background. After an hour of initial brainstorming, we received a quick training on Belbin role teams. It helped us to divide the tasks and roles based on people’s strengths and weaknesses. We took an online test and used the result to analyse our team’s pitfall, weakness, and strength. The analysis is then written on the plan of action worksheet.
After we had a delightful lunch, all of the teams were back to discuss and prepare their questions for the case owners. And here we go! Each team dove into focused meetings with their own case owners. During the meetings, all of the teams asked a variety of questions to learn more about the cases that we’ll be tackling. The discussions went very well and gave us a lot of valuable ideas. All of the case owners really helped us to understand the concept of the cases and gave us the important information to solve the cases. Following these engaging sessions with the case owners, we regrouped again to summarize what we had discussed with our case owners and begin to finalise our and action plans.
