Wetskills-Indonesia 2025 – blog 4 –
Today’s Wetskills journey was a perfect mix of learning and fun. We kicked off with a dynamic training on the Business Model Canvas, a powerful tool that helped us map out how our ideas can create, deliver, and capture value in the real world.
Several groups conducted online interviews with local communities actively involved in education and public welfare around the Kali Semarang area. Their initiatives and the ways they engage and empower the people around them were truly inspiring.
To keep the energy flowing, we took a surprise 15-minute dancing break. It was a joyful intermezzo that had everyone smiling, moving, and recharged for the next round of brainstorming.
The day in class wrapped up with focused group discussions, where creativity and teamwork came together beautifully. It’s exciting to see how quickly our concepts are taking shape—one dance, one canvas, and one breakthrough at a time!
Later that evening, we visited the neighborhoods along Kali Semarang to speak directly with local residents. Their stories gave us valuable insight into the real issues they face every day — and the strength they show in dealing with them.
