After having team building activities for the first 3 days, today was the first working day. After being given our cases, we jotted down questions we had to asked during the “speed dating”. The day started with opening speech from the supervisors and the general introduction from Mr Xolani Hadebe, the case owners and experts.
We had the speed dating session and it was very informative. The case owners got the chance to present their cases to the Wetskills participants, after that we had a chance to meet with them and get clarity on what is expected from us.
Before lunch, we took a group photo with the experts, case owners and supervisors. After lunch, we had a brainstorm session, started working towards finding solutions to our cases. We wrapped up the day writing and submitting or Action Plan.
