Finances & ANBI status
Wetskills Finances and the ANBI status
Wetskills Foundation is aiming to get the Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) status registration, or the so-called [in Dutch] ‘Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling‘ (ANBI) status registration, appointed by the Dutch tax agency.
ABOUT THE ANBI STATUS
- An organisation can only be an ANBI if the organisation’s efforts are almost entirely committed to the public benefit.
- To be qualified as an ANBI, the organisation must meet all conditions.
- Persons or companies that donate or make an inheritance to an ANBI-organisation may deduct the donations from income or corporate tax.
See Tax Authorities – Donations and ANBI for more information about (the deductibility of) donations made to an ANBI-organisation.
