Wetskills-Durban 2024 – Blog Day 4 –
The fourth session of the Wetskills programme took place on the 5th of June. The day started with breakfast and then we headed to the Durban University of Technology to complete the agenda, which included discussions on action plans and training on the roles of the Belbin team. During the training, team members learned about their respective roles within the team. Many participants expressed satisfaction with their roles and are actively promoting collaboration within their teams, despite the diversity of roles present. In addition, some groups had the opportunity to consult with experts who provided guidance on the cases they were currently working on.
